Commercial Lighting Service:

Is the exterior lighting at your property up to par? It’s hard for you to know, given that a lamp or ballast can go out at any time. EcoLighting will manage all of your commercial lighting needs—including our Free Monthly Inspection program, which generates a written report of the condition of your exterior lighting. Using aerial photos of your building and parking lot we overlay icons to represent the pole lights and number them for your convenience.

We assign the drawing to an inspector that drives properties in your area once a month and marks the lights that are out. We then make those notes on our computer file back in the office and email the drawing to you. We even let you know if there were not lights out during the visit. You can keep records of fixture numbers reported out for warranty work and use the numbering system to report a light out to us in between our monthly visits and reports.

We test, service, replace defective parts, clean the fixture lens and turn the lights off again when we are finished. We will stand behind our parts and repairs for 180 days. Your satisfaction is paramount. We craft our Commercial Lighting Service to fit your needs. We are happy to handle it all:

We carry a full compliment of parts on-board or trucks so you will never be charged for time to run for consumable parts, such as lamps, ballasts, sockets, timers and photo controls.

KCP&L Project Rebates: Chances are, you're spending much more on utility bills than you need to be. We are a KCP&L certified lighting auditor.
