We are lighting specialists. After a comprehensive assessment of your facility, the EcoLighting team develops an upgrade strategy to optimize your lighting systems. We have more than 40 years experience in lighting and commercial property management. So it’s no surprise that EcoLighting works with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the KC Hotel and Lodging Association (KCHLA).

We founded EcoLighting Systems Inc. in 1995 and are a locally owned and operated business. We have improved the lighting for thousands of office buildings, warehouses and shopping centers in and 50 miles around Kansas City ever since. In addition, we have grown to service and inspect exterior lighting for more than 2,000 commercial buildings in the Kansas City metropolitan area, including Topeka, Lawrence and St. Joseph.

A world-class Performance Contract Solution / ESCO expertise is available to any size business at a reasonable price. We are certified as a Lighting Auditor to qualify for KCP&L Rebates. (We fill out the paperwork to obtain rebates to save you up to 50 percent on the cost of your upgrade job).

EcoLighting is a licensed electrical contractor with a major focus on lighting, but able to service all your electrical service needs, run new circuits and troubleshoot irregularities in your electrical systems. We’ll even repair underground line breaks and replace light poles. We will work with your staff or your general contractor as needed to accomplish your goals. EcoLighting has worked with lamp and ballast manufacturers to obtain the best pricing possible. We pass that advantage on to you. Keeping the cost of lighting service and materials to a minimum is important.
